We aim to reply to all messages as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours (excluding when the kettle’s on).

📦 “Where’s my order?”
Most UK orders arrive in 3–7 working days. You’ll get a tracking link via email — check spam if the email is playing hide-and-seek.
🧵 “What size should I order?”
Our shirts are true to size. If you prefer a relaxed fit, go one up. Size charts are available on all product pages.
🔄 “How do I return or exchange?”
Email us within 30 days. For damaged or incorrect items, send a photo and we’ll replace or refund it straight away.
✏️ “Can I change my address?”
Only possible if production hasn’t started, so please let us know ASAP.
🎁 “Are your T-shirts printed in the UK?”
Yes! All items are printed to order by trusted UK production partners.
